Course Focus
This is a 6-month course involving 24 weeks and 96 hours classroom studies. This course comprises of two modules; each conducted over a 3-month period. Students are required to complete homework after classroom studies and attend exams at the end of each module. The course focuses on helping students improve their vocabulary and communication skills (especially oral English skills) in their workplace. The vocabulary and topics covered in this course are specific to the particular industries and occupations our students are generally in. Occupational health and safety issues are also introduced in this course with a focus on industry and occupation specific language.

  • Food and Braverage - Cooks, Chefs, etc
  • Nursing and Care Service People Class - Nurses, Carers, etc

Benefits
Students will intensively practice conversations in stimulated workplace situations, which will result in familiarity with such situations, subsequently allowing students to communicate better in real life workplace situations.

Entry requirements
There are no entry requirements but students take a placement test to assess their correct level.
